Votre profil

Le monde des magazines et les médias en général sont vos centres d'intérêt. Vous connaissez le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, son actualité et ses acteurs et institutions économiques et financières.
En outre, vous avez un don inné pour l’organisation et vous savez être efficient(e) face à l’urgence.
Rigoureux(se) et dynamique, vous aimez le travail en équipe, mais vous êtes aussi apte à travailler de manière autonome.
Vous avez un bon relationnel: un naturel souriant, un esprit ouvert et un sens inné de la communication.
Votre connaissance de l’anglais est souhaitée, l’allemand et/ou le luxembourgeois seraient un avantage supplémentaire.

Vos missions

Vous procéderez aux opérations de lecture et de correction de textes dactylographiés, d'épreuves de composition en vue de leur impression, selon les règles orthographiques, grammaticales, syntaxiques, typographiques, ...
Vous vérifierez la cohérence du texte, la fiabilité des dates, données scientifiques, historiques, citations et apporterez les corrections nécessaires.
Vous soumettrez le document corrigé au commanditaire pour approbation et vérifierez la conformité des corrections portées au document avant impression.

Job description

As the A/R and Treasury Analyst you will be the key person managing all the cash flows of the company. You will report directly to the chief accountant, and have to liaise with the credit manager, the financial controller and the Group headquarters.

Your role will entail:
Treasury management
- Daily follow up of treasury through the recording of all transit cash flows and bank statements
- Prepare all the supplier payments and other financial disbursements
- Administrate the different cash pools according to the procedures in place
- Reconcile daily and monthly treasury positions before closure
- Ensure follow up of intercompany loans according to rules in place
- Prepare analysis, studies and financial advice to the plant controller

Accounts receivable
- Keep the books for receivables according to Lux GAAP and group policies
- Review the client portfolio, to be able to appropriately analyze aged debtor balances and chase/follow up customers with the help of the credit manager and the financial director
- Record the operations with other clients (intercompany receivables, re-invoicing, etc.)
- Deal with the commission notes and client rebates with the authorization of the commercial controller
- ensure the correct interface of client claims from the sales system to the accounting system

Other administrative aspects
- Book the expenses
- Help with the bookkeeping of other areas of the accounting department
- Give / ask the information related to demands given through phone
- Participate in classifying the invoices

Who we are looking for

- You graduated in Accounting/Finance - Masters preferred
- You have around 6 years experience in the accounting/finance area
- You have a good understanding of industrial practices and a good knowledge of legal/tax framework and accounting & finance principles
- You are fluent in English and French. German is an asset
- You possess good IT skills (ERP, AS400 and office pack)
- You are team oriented with excellent relationship and communication skills
